What A Great Time
As Shane and I entered the gate, we came to a complete stop in front of her home. We stayed there for quite some time and converse. When she smiles at me, I feel a deep melancholy and loneliness.
"I had a wonderful time with you, Shane," I told her.
Before we part ways, she responded, "we'll meet again," which made me smile inwardly and wave at her heartily as I walked through the gate.
However, I was on the edge of crying out in disbelief when a member of Barangay Tanod approached me as I switched my attention to the front way to the gate. I cursed in my head when I couldn't think of any excuses why I was here late at night.
"What brought you here, Miss? it's past midnight, then I witnessed you on Shane's graveyard."
